A spa style treatment that uses steaming hot compresses applied directly to the skin combined with aromatic oils massaged deeply into the muscles. The compresses are imported from Thailand and contain traditional therapeutic herbs. This treatment invigorates and stimulates the body as well as deeply warming and soothing the muscles.
Based on a traditional Indian Ayurvedic massage of the shoulders, neck, arms, head and face. Natural oils are worked into the shoulders and neck and nourishing coconut paste into the hair and scalp (optional) to make this a truly wonderful experience. This deeply soothing and relaxing treatment helps combat many ailments of the upper body as well as encouraging improved health and well-being.
A Japanese "hands on" healing system that accesses and stimulates the "universal life energy" that flows in and around us to allow the body to heal itself of emotional and physical ailments. Although it is deeply relaxing this treatment can also stimulate the physical body allowing it to feel revitalised and refreshed. I also teach Reiki at all levels, from beginners to Master/Teacher.
